Non-Profit Status Granted!
 
VOX 3 Collective has just been granted 501(c)(3) status as a federal tax-exempt nonprofit organization. While the classification itself may not send shivers down one’s spine, it does make a significant difference for organizational development. VOX 3 can now accept tax-deductible donations and apply for major grants to advance its mission. For a quick course on non-profit tax code, check out the IRS website, or for the less daring, Wikipedia. Regardless of the details, this designation will certainly provide opportunities for growth (and the attendant challenges that will follow).
